The Role
Herzum is seeking a Project Manager specialized in governing complex projects in IT Infrastructure delivery. The candidate will be responsible of the full project lifecycle management and contribute to the development of project management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage small to medium-sized infrastructure projects (virtualization initiatives, disaster recovery implementations, hybrid cloud deployments);
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with various stakeholders;
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and costs;
- Identify and manage project risks and issues;
- Lead project meetings and status reviews;
- Create and maintain project documentation and reports;
- Implement change management processes.
Work mode: Hybrid with an average of 2/3 days per week at client premises (in Milano).

Competenze richieste
Required Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and architecture (compute, storage, network);
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and migration strategies;
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow);
- Very good understanding of ITIL framework;
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- English proficiency >B2;
- Understanding of IT security principles.
Required Soft Skills:
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
