Accesso file PHP negato su windows 2008 r2

Ciao a Tutti.

Ho un Server VPS colud Aruba windows 2008 R2 64bit.

Ho installato IIS ma dalla rete non apro i file *.php sotto wwwroot

Invece apro tranquillamente tutti gli altri file *.html oppure *.txt ecc...

Ricevo: 404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I file ci sono ed hanno estensione php

Cortesemente potreste darmi un suggerimento?
