Ho bisogno di aiuto con SQL Anywhere Studio 8.02

Salve a tutti, mi spiace rompere ma ho bisogno di aiuto per una cosa che non riesco a fare da solo.

Configurazione software ed hardware:

Server HP Proliant ML 110G5
Windows 2003 Server con tutti gli ultimi aggiornamenti
SQL Anywhere Studio 8.02
Sissi in rete (applicativo in uso nelle segreterie delle scuole per la gestione amministrativa)

La cosa che non riesco a fare è la configurazione del database:

Questo quello che viene spiegato nelle istruzioni:
1. cliccare su avvio -> Programmi -> Sybase SQL Anywhere 8 -> Sybase Central
2. aprire la cartella "Services" (parte sinistra dello schermo)
3. fare doppio clicl sull'icona denominata "Add Services" ed inserire il servizio sissi .........

Ebbene quando apro Sybase Central non esiste la cartella "Services" mi ritrovo soltanto :
1. Adaptive Server Anywhere
2. Mobile synchronization

e non riesco a trovare da nessuna parte la famigerata cartella "Services" necessaria per aggiugere il servizio

Se sono stato abbastanza chiaro da farmi capire e qualcuno può darmi una mano gliene sarei molto grato ......

    Problem(Abstract)
    A user is trying to create a Sybase service on Microsoft Windows® 2003 Server, but no services folder exists in Sybase Central. The user installed the Sybase SQL Anywhere 8.02 software that is bundled with IBM® Rational® TestManager v. 2003.06.13 release, the first release of TestManager that supports using Sybase SQL Anywhere on Microsoft Windows 2003 Server.

    Symptom

    Resolving the problem
    A patch is available from the Sybase website.
    1.Go to http://www.sybase.com/download
    2.Click on the 'EBFs/Maintenance' link
    3.Register for a free account and then sign in
    4.Click on the 'SQL Anywhere Studio' link
    5.In the 'Platforms' drop down (or combobox), select 'In all months' and click on 'Go'
    6.Form the section labeled 'Platform: Windows x86', download and install the following: 'SQL Anywhere Studio - Maintenance Release(English), Upgrade of 8.0.x to 8.0.3 (Software only)', or

    Once this is installed, the Services folder should now appear in Sybase Central.
